Our Story
The Beginning of Knights Candy Shop
It all started with a tragic car accident. While recovering from a traumatic brain injury, our founder, Gary Knight, taught himself the framework for the fillings and truffle designs you see today, including our beloved caramel sauce hot cocoa. Since then, he has studied under master chocolatiers to perfect his work, creating a range of chocolates, truffles, and fudge that have delighted many in Gardnerville, NV. He spent years honing his craft before deciding to launch his own business, founding Knights Candy Shop with the mission of creating the most delicious and unique Gardnerville NV gourmet chocolates around. You will also find his lovely wife Sandy in the kitchen, making her almost famous fudge and dipped cookies!
